我在曼谷緊急狀態下的第三天 [1月24日]

今天曼谷的市面情況和昨天的一樣，也和之前的一樣，雖則在緊急狀態令下，但市民的生活一切如常，示威的也繼續示威，也沒有看見警察執行任務趕走示威群眾。雖在昨天晚上政府方面已經再三聲明會嚴格執行一些事情，例如不可三五成群一起集會等，還聲稱有些法例會強硬執行，但到今天依然沒有什麼人去執行什麼法例。

今天全世界包括香港所關心的應該是在2月2日的選舉會否被改期，終於今天塵埃落定，法院宣判可以改期，但改不改期就要等政府及泰王作最後決定，老實說我跟一些泰國朋友都不希望改期，因為一旦改期可能就會拖到三或四月，正所謂夜長夢多，在這期間事態可能有其他新發展，只會令到情況更紏纏不清，所以不改好過改，但是我作為一個外國人，很多政治的事都不明白，最終國家作出任何決定也要尊重的。

有消息傳出某些政府部門已經向英祿反映今次的緊急狀態令發佈得很不適合，發佈後對整件事情沒有幫助不單止，還令旅遊業等國家收入大受損傷，於是希望她盡快除下緊急狀態令，但正所謂覆水難收，就算今時今日真的除下，我亦不相信香港會立刻將黑色旅遊警告變回紅色，再加上示威群眾方面也不會因為妳除下了緊急狀態令而減少示威或遊行行動，相反仍會繼續。而政府另一方面也曾經提出會強硬執行一些事，假設當除下了緊急狀態令卻又強硬執行某些任務，當有衝突的時候反而不是緊急狀態令，到頭來更加一團糟，所以如果明天突然除下了緊急狀態令，大家也要先看清楚才好出發去曼谷。

另外政府今天頒報了一些不能夠集會及示威的新地點，包括：

1. Ratchasima Road from intersections of Suan Ruenruedee to Prachakasem

2. Phitsanulok Road from intersections of Wang Daeng to Yommarat

3. Uthong Nai Road from intersections of Uthong Nai to Royal Plaza area behind the Rama V statue

4. Likit Road

5. Rama V Road from Orathai Bridge to Sukothai Intersection

6. Sukhothai Road from intersections of Suan Ruenruedee to Sukhothai

7. Ratvithee Road from intersections of Karn Ruen to Ratvithee

8. Rajdamnoen Klang Road from Kok Wue intersection, Rajdamnoen Nok Road until Praroop intersection.

9. Luk Luang Road from Visukamnarueman to Tevakam Bridges

10. Pichai Road from Kattiyanee intersection to Ratvithee Road

11. Nakhon Sawan Road from Phitsanulok intersection to Devakham Bridge

12. Ayutthaya Road from intersections of Wat Benjamabophit to Pon 1.

13. Nakhon Pathom Road

14. Krung Kasem Road from Intersection of Prachakasem to Intersection of Thevakam

15. Silom Road from Intersection of Saladaeng to Intersection of Silom - Narathiwat

16. Rama IV Road from Intersection of Samyan to Intersection of Wireless

17. Ratchadamri Road from Intersection of Saladaeng to Intersection of Pratunam

18. Ploenchit Road from Intersection of Ratchaprasong to Intersection of Chidlom

若然這期間你們還是留在曼谷，又或者真的決定要冒著黑色旅遊警告而到曼谷的話，就要留意。

而素貼亦說了明天會繼續他的百萬行，遊行的地點包括： Ratchaprasong- Pratunam, Ratchaparot, SriAyuttaya, PhayaThai, Ratchathevi, Petchburi, Chidlom and Ratchaprasong

究竟明天會不會有政府人員去拘捕或阻攔示威群眾，情況會是如何現在還沒法確定。

此外今天經過Siam Paragon，看到已經放置了一些農歷新年的裝飾，而據泰旅局說他們今年在曼谷唐人街依然會舉辦很大型的活動興祝農曆新年。

我估計若然情況不惡劣的話，除了唐人街之外，在示威陣營內，素貼他們一定會有些慶祝新年的活動，正如之前聖誕節，他們會找人來唱聖詩，扮聖誕老人派禮物，估計如沒有大型衝突，到時候可能會有京劇、粵劇，雜技甚至乎舞龍舞獅的活動在示威場地進行，素貼會否扮財神？
